EQUITY REVIEWS

We offer a unique approach-- grounded in research and local context-- to administering equity reviews or equity audits to public systems. Equity reviews offer an opportunity to identify the system's contribution to inequality and the ways in which it can improve these outcomes. We utilize our proprietary Outcome-Led Equity (OLE) approach for equity review, an approach that focuses practitioners on outcomes and tangible ways of improvement. We help our clients "focus on the possible", and consider real ways in which they an improve equity in outcomes for the short and long term.
